Write legibly, list first as well as last names and include a daytime telephone number for clarification purposes. When considering pictures for publication in the Sun Advocate's society sections, avoid color photographs if possible. Photos printed on invitations are unacceptable and, in all cases, be sure the subjects faces are larger than a thumbprint. When considering pictures to accompany wedding announcements, avoid photographs including anyone other than the bride and the groom.
