Utah June 3. 1927, whieh is also her husband's birthday She was the daughter of Charles Vernon Payne and Selda Johanna Peterson Payne. She married her high school sweetheart, Ralph Henry Horne on July 23, 948 in Redmond, Utah. Their marriage was later solemmed in the Salt Lake Temple. They are the proud parents ol seven children. LaRae was an active member ol The Church ol Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints. She served in many callings and devoted over thirty years to the Primary Organization. She was a constant ion and a major .source of support to her husband during his career as an Extension Agent. She was an avid reader and loved to travel.
