Shelley Torgersen, school food service manager for Koosharem Elementary School, scored 99 percent on the Serving Safe Food test with scores of other managers following closely. An 80 percent score on the test was needed to achieve certification. The course was completed in August by all cooks, assistants, managers, and substitute kitchen help in Sevier School District.
