The Salina City wastewater chlorination and facility will consist of constructing a 12 ft. x 10 ft. concrete building, installing a vacuum feed chlorine system, solution feed system, miscellaneous water piping, propane gas heaters and ventilation fans. The miscellaneous piping that is required to be installed with the building shall extend a minimum of 10 ft. beyond the building footings, all pipe work outside of the building will be installed by others. The electrical work within the building will be done by others. Plans and specifications have been prepared by Sunrise Engineering, Inc. and will be available at their office at 25 East 500 North, Fillmore, Utah 84631, upon retelephone (435) ceipt of $25.00 for each set The ENGINEER for this Contract will be Sunrise Engineering, Inc. and they will be represented by John Chartier as Project Engineer. The District desires to retain the services of a construction manager (a Construction Manager") to provide construction management and general contractor services for the Project.
