Foster was booked into the Sevier County Jail. The vehicle was impounded. Trooper Gene Openshaw investigated an injury accident at the junction of State Road 89 and State Road 117. Eddie Lund, age 76 of Moroni, was going too fast for a turn and ran off the road into a telephone pole. He was transported to the Sanpete Valley Hospital with chest injuries. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
