It should be gratifying to Taxpayers and citizens of Hyrum to note the careful and . economical manner in which Mayor Maughan, and members of the Council have managed the rapidly growing business of the city; and also the accuracy and efficiency ia which the books of the Treasurer and Recorder have been found by a rigid checking of a very thorongh audit.
