for 1985 tax refunds passed the Senate Friday with only one dissenting vote House Bill 373 sponsored by House Speaker Nolan Karras sailed through the Senate under the sponsorship of Glade Nielsen The legislation extends the filing deadline for tax refunds until April 16 Federal retirees arc enmeshed in a legal battle over whether the i President Bush called it “quite positive" and said he would review US sanctions A Bush aide said both de Klerk and Mandela an ANC leader when he was sent to jail would be invited to the ar Authorities are having devil of a time selling motorists on 666 plates claims r had a statute of limitations that expired last April The tax commission disqualified about 3500 of the 7709 claims sent partly because some were filled out incorrectly But retirees claimed
