Falcon Forum: Athletic fetes By CHAD McBRIDE With the end of the basketball seasons there is now time to reflect on the successes and shortfalls of the long playing period. Both the girls and boys teams gave their best efforts to the school and should be congratulated. The varsity teams were competitive and the junior varsity and sophomore teams are looking forward to promising years to come. The boys basketball team finished the season, with a 7 region record. They were expecting a better record, but the competition in Region One was fierce and there were many close games. The team was young. There were only three seniors on the squad limiting the amount of experience available. The team was full of talent and several players are contenders for regional recognition. The outgoing seniors are Tom Price, Brad Larsen, and Curtis Hulse. They deserve the coaches and the schools recognition. The girls team has done many 3-- great things this year. They finished the region with a perfect 10-- 0 record. They captured the retitle with continual dominance gion and a strong backing from the senior girls. Joy Trussel, Tina Kreimeyer, Jill Maw, were all forces in the region. They will be participating in state competition starting on March 9 at Murray High School. The girls are contenders for the state title and will surely finish with a strong performance. Good luck girls! The basketball and wrestling programs were both successful this year. They provided excitement and entertainment for the winter months. Their efforts were rewarded with honors and recognition. They have served the school well. I welcome the spring sports and hope for their equal success. oooooooooooooooooooo 000000000 000000 5000000000000000000000000 ooooooooooooooooooooo o )OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOQJ oooooooc 300000000C 50000000 OOOOOOOOJ oooooooc 300000 50000000 oooooooc 50000000' 0000000000 50000 ooooc oooo oooooooc ooooc 000001 ooooooy ooooo ooooc 30000 0o OO i 3OO0f oooo' OOOOOO OOOOO OOOOOOO fcnOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOC poooooooooooooo ooooooooooooo 'ooooooooooo' 'OOCOOOOOOOC ooooooooooo 0 ooooooooc oooooooo oooooooc oooooooo 7000000c ooooooo Halibut, Gulf Shrimp and other 5000Q1 0000 ooo 5000 ooo 50OC ooo 300C ooo 00 ooo OOO 000( ooo 000000! 0 00000 00000 "iOlfiP000000000 DO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOu 7)00000 ooooc 0000' oooc your Seafood Favorites ooo oooo oooo 30000 ooooo 300000 oooooo' 3000000 ooooooo 30000000 oooooooo 00000000 o oooooooooo oooooooooo ooooooooooo ooooooooooo 30000000000 ooooooooooo .30000000000 ooooooooooo 50000000000 ooooooooooo ooooooooooo ooooooooooo peppercorn STEAK SEAFOOD PRIME RIB 546-636- 3 N MAIN, LAYTON 269 m MIRKS 0 ooooc oooo oooc ooo 3000 ooo ooo ooo ooo ooo ooo ooo ooo ooo oooo oooc 3000 oooc ooooo 00000c 300000 00000c oooooo 000000c oooooo 000000c oooooooo oooooooooc 3000000000' OOOOOOOOOOr OOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOC ooooooooooo, ooooooooooo ooooooooooo OOOOOOOOOO r OOOOOOOOOOO, OOOOOOOOOOO 00000000000c ooooooooooo IFMBIKDC OT,Y.
