H TOP IDEA MEN Two Men Cited for Turning in Record Number of Suggestions Congratulations are in order this week for Ralph Larson. Materials and Frocess Branch, and Edward Wall, Radar Equipment Installer, who each had 18 suggestions adopted at Hill AFB in 1955, according to Leslie T. Norton, Chair man of the OOAMA Incentive Awards Committee. In addition to being top sug- gested at this installation, these men are being considered along with employees from other Air Materiel Areas for honors as AMC Suggester of the Year." This recognition is awarded to the employee having the most suggestions adopted during, the calendar year, said Mr. N ortok, Records indicate that Mr. Wall and Mr. Larson have teamed-u- p as on many of their ideas. Concerning this method of suggesting, Mr. Wall stated, Two heads are better than one when trying to determine areas for improvement. These two employees have been working at Hill AFB for several years, but neither had been very active in the suggestion program until 1955. Mr. Larson expressed thanks to Roy C. Freeman, Chief, Employee Services Section for encouraging him to submit more suggestions even after several of his ideas had been rejected. Both men praised the Air Force Incentive Awards Program. Mr. Wall said, This program helps the employee find answers to his problems and makes him feel like he is really part of the organization. The suggestion program puts more objectiveness into the employees work and thinking, declared Mr. Larson. Mr. Wall resides at 3078 North St., Ogden and Mr. Larson lives at 3.522 Quincy Avenue, Ogden.
