The Olsens and family visited in Provo at the home of Mr. Olsens brother, Jeffry, and had dinner at the home of a sister, Irma Stevenson. Jeffry Olsen, age three, very I Davis Cup star from Cincinnati, is crowned newest with the top of his trophy by Kurt Nielsen, of Denmark, after winning the singles championship at Wimbledon, England. Trabert trounced Nielsen in three straight sets to become the seventh American in 10 post-w- ar years to win the coveted title. He has won 13 of his last 14 tournaments. Best Results Obtained From Placing Ads and Want Ads In THE REFLEX and JOURNAL re- cently celebrated this special occasion with a birthday party given by his Mom and Dad, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Olsen. Following the afternoon celebration he was feted at a family dinner party to which his grandparents were invited. Birthday honors were showered, too, on Miss Sharon Olsen this past week when she reached her twelfth birthday. She is the daughter of the Ivan Olsens. Mrs. Ivan Olsen will attend a shower this week for a niece, Miss Gloria Olsen in Salt Lake City. This has been a moving month for three Clearfield businesses as well as for several families. Cards Photo studio has been moved to Myron Cardinals home on Center street. He is the owner. Montgomery Jewelry has moved into the store left vacant by this move and now Mr. Montgomery has loads more room and will be adding more stock. Joe Knights gas station has been closed and he has moved into the new UTOCO station on North Main street. The old station was made quite inaccessible by the islands in the highway. All Clearfield friends and neighbors wish these firms much success in their new location?. Their business adds to the prosperity of our town.
