Saute onions in butter till tender and transparent but not brown; add parsley flakes, frozen spinach, seasonings and garlic. Add this combination to the toasted bread cubes, and season with the Old Crow, which is guaranteed to season your Old Grouse. Of course, cooking process fumes off the beverage so that all ol the family can enjoy the dressing. After draining off excess fat in skillet, stand one chop, fat side up, in roasting pan.
