Families with home freezers can plan ahead for such occasions by storing separate cartons of assorted sandwiches in the freezer, all ready to take on a picnic. Then when a spur of the moment outing is suggested, the carton of sandwiches, a bakers cake or pie, and other foods can be removed from the freezer, and all Is ready for the picnic basket. Be sure to leave the frozen foods wrapped until ready to serve. This way the lunch will keep fresh and tasty until after that swim at the beach, or that drive to the country, and everything will be thawed when appetites are at their peak. Be ready for a picnic any time by preparing a variety of favorite sandwiches, and bringing home several bakers cakes and pies for storage in the freezer. The quick and easy picnic is a popular idea this summer. LOMOND n P. HILLARY, 34, u!
