Show 6 JUNE 21, THE JOURNAL Carolyn Moon To Become Bride OF Jerald S. Pitt Mr. and Mrs.' FARMINGTON John Ruland Moon announce the marriage of their daughter, Carolyn to Jerald S. Pitt, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley L. Pitt, of Bountiful. The marriage will take place in the Salt Lake temple, June 20. With a reception being held that evening in the Third ward meeting house in Bountiful. Mrs. Pitt has asked Mrs. Dan B. Riley to be her matron of honor. con, mi two rawre stnmcatc, Bridesmaids will be Mrs. Don Tuttle, Miss Peggy Lewis and Miss Marlene Moon. Little Miss Evelyn Leonard will be flower girl. Best man duties will be assumed by Don B. Riley and the ushers will be Richard Holbrook Ralph Johnson and Richard Taylor. h, wobld hoots nmvn The lovely bride will wear a gown of lace and satin, with a tiny collar and long pointed sleeves. The shirt will have a lace panel in front with a nylon net overskirt. Her veil will be of sheenest illusion secured to a tierra of satin lace and detailed with seed pearls. The bridesmaids will wear gowns similar to the brides, with cap sleeves, they will be of taffeta with nylon net overskirts and will be variegated shades of aqua. Mrs. Rulon Moons gown will be of old rose crepe with lace tunis. Mrs. Pitts gown pondre blue crepe detailed with rhinestones. The brides flowers will be a white orchid with pink rose and stephonotis. The bridesmaids will carry pink roses and white carnations. The mothers flowers will be made of roses and gardenias. will leave on a The honeymoon after the reception. Taylor for a miscellaneous shower with 65 present. On June 11, Mrs. Dan Riley honored the bride with a shower, attending were the Mrs. Don Tuttle and Don Riley and the Misses Marlene Moon, Sandra Moon, Joyce Marie Hess, Loraine Hess and Peggy Lewis.
