This is the birthday of Christiana Jenson Thomson. They were early Ephraim pioneers. Their home was on the spot where the Snow College Auditorium now stands. Over 100 of their posterity were present at the gathering. It was the largest number to be present at any of the reunions so far. Members from all eight of the Andrew Thomson Sr. children were represented. The Dan Thomson family had the largest number present and the Andrew Thomson family were second. Cannon Thomson was the member to be honored this year. Mrs. Ralph Thomson gave his history assisted by Mrs. Cannon Thomson. Everett Watts, this years president and son of Mayaria Thomson Watts presided over the reunion. The program was a trip down memory lane in the form of skits presented by grandchildren of May and Watts. It was reminiscing about early family life of Andrew and Christiana and their children. Officers for next year were chosen as follows: Maurine Scott, president; Rhoda Christensen, vice president and Thelma McArthur, secretary. They are making tentative plans to hold the reunion in Ephraim next year. If you are between 18 and 26 and single, you are invited to attend the Young Adults Conference.
