Mrs. Gladys Henigan, recent convert to the LDS Church and formerly from Salt Lake City, moved to Manti this week to make her future home. Gladys is a close personal friend of the Max Call family and will be assisting them in the newspaper business part time. She will be making her home at 162 South 1st East. Gladys has expressed her joy in being able to move to Manti and also to become a member of the LDS Church. She is looking forward to becoming acquainted with the people living in the area. Denny Sorenson and his wife Orem attended Sunday School in the South Ward on Sunday. Denny graduated from BYU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies. He from also received his commission in ROTC. They will leave for Georgia on May 1 where he will be stationed for 90 days active duty. After this the couple will leave for duty somewhere in Europe.
