Snow Football Sets New IC AC Record The Snow College football team set a new record in the ICAC in total defense giving up an average of only 197 yards per game. This breaks the old record by an average of 25 yards per game. This makes four important records now held by Snow College in the ICAC. The Badgers set the record in 1977 for passing offense and total offense. In 1978 a new record in the ICAC was set by the Badgers for rushing defense. Snow ended the season ranked 6th in the nation in total defense, with 197 yards per game. They ended the season as one of the national leaders in passing offense averaging 164 yards per game and placing 6th in the nation. In national individual leaders in the NJCAA, Ricky Cross was 10th in the nation in scoring and Steve Dalton was 4th in passing and 8th in total offense.
