Hansen, State Engineer and Director of the Division of Water Rights will conduct a meeting to discuss the present underground w ater policy for the Sanpitch River Drainage Area. The meeting will be held on Thursday, December 21, 1978 at 1 p.m. in the courtroom at the Sanpete County Courthouse in Manti, Utah. They replace Elder Orson Frank Ricks and Sister Nina Clements Ricks, recently released and returned to their home at Rexburg, Idaho. Elder and Sister Tobler are from Orem, Utah. They arrived in Manti on Dec. 1, 1978, following orientation and instruction at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints Missionary Department at the Church Office Building in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Toblers are natives of Utah, formerly living in Washington and St. George, Utah, where they studied at Dixie College. They were married in 1929 in the St. George Temple and are the parents of eight children. They are proud of their 41 grandchildren and seven They are a missionary family, as this is Elder Toblers third mission, and Sister Toblers second; their five sons and y J It ''"'"jr: '5 i,i , have all filled Ihree missions; and also five grandsons. Elder and Sister Tobler completed their last mission in 1976 in the Missouri Independence Mission.
