He had lived in Ocean Park with his son, Mark, where he died, fos about two years. He was born in Bountiful, 70 years a go on the 2nd dav of last May and was the son of Henry nd Mary Parks Parrish. His father was an early settler of West Bountiful havin' located there in 1852. Prior-t- o coming to Utah, his father was engaged in boating on the Missouri and the Mississippi rivers down as far as New Or- leans. The deceased had spent about 50 years of his life in Boifhtiful, a number of years is Idaho and the remaining years in Balt Lake and California with his children. A considerable portion bf his life he spent placer mining on Snake river in Idaho and other plaoes. After selling tfieir farm in West Bountiful the Parrish family purchased the George Smith farm in Kaysville. He married Maude Marnwaring in 1904 and she died in 1907. Surviving are a son and daughter, Mark Parrish, Los Angeles and Mrs. Alene Stallings, Salt Lake, two grandchildren; nine brothers and sisters, George W. Idaho; Ezra Tarrish, ElackCoot, Aberdeen, Lyman Idaho; Tarrish, ,N. Parrish, LaPoint; Clifton Parrish, Park City; W. A. Parrish, Layton; Nathan R. Parrish, Mrs. Alta Kerr, Mrs. Pelton and Mis. jlillicent Parken, Woods Cross.
