Show The Magna Times Thursday. March 19. 1992 Pioneer Valley Obituaries Hospital Births Frank E.. (Pink) Maddy Frank Earl Maddy, 85, passed away Friday, March 13, 1992 of natural causes. He was born March 25, 1906 in Salt Lake City to Orie Earl and Sarah Elizabeth Grow Maddy. He married Mildred Lillian Henline August 10, 1931 ; their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She passed away April 30, 1965. He married Elva Bawden Harding December 21, 1967. He retired in 1970 after 47 years of service at Kennecott. Few men have been more helpful to friends, neighbors, and family. He is survived by his wife; children, F. LaMar (Monta), Magna; G. (Virginia), Valley Center, California; eight grandchildren; 19 stepchildren, Bob (Carol) Harding, Magna; Myrna (Max) Raisor, Provo; Marilyn (Larry) Tracy, Albuquerque, New Mexico; 15 step grandchildren; 24 step sister, Nellie Pearl Dallas, Salt Lake City; Wayne great-grandchildre- n; great-grandchildre- n; brother, Orie Earl Maddy, Jr., Balboa, California. He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Lynn, and sister, Ann Maud Allen. Funeral services were held Monday at the Magna Stake Center. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park. Born October 12, 1938 in Jacksonville, Florida to John and Catherine DeeAnne Married Oldham, Broadhead July 13, 1963. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS pleasure when he was recognized. His family will miss him deeply.
