Some of the signs and symptoms of adolescent drug abuse that you need to be aware of include : Decline in school performance which might include a drop in grades, cutting classes, and an apathy or disinterest in school activities. Deterioration in family relationships occurs. This includes more arguments, curfew violations, and constantly testing the rules. Change in personal habits which includes mood swings, changes in sleeping and eating patterns, per-- -- -- sonal apperarance deteriorates, dropping out of church activities, apathy, and increased defiance of any authority. Increase in legal involvements such as shoplifting, vandalism, or any drug related charge. Any evidence of use is a sure indicator.
