The only difference is in recent weeks the normal hallway chatter and conversation is punctuated with the sounds of drilling and conin struction the old auditorium. The demolition of the interior of the old auditorium has shown ins effects on normal school life. Progress has been moving along well on both the old auditorium and site of the new fine art building, according to Craig Zwick, job superintendant. The interior of the old structure has been stripped of seats and balcony and is filled with clouds of representative. The concrete will begin to be poured in one and one half weeks. The parking lot to the west will be completed for the coming school year, and the auditorium will be finished in late April 1975. The new fine arts building will feature drama, music and dance facilities. Special features will be an orchestra pit with a hydraulic lift, air conditioning, and a roof that will be a monument of distinction in the Magna area, according to Mr. Zwick. Mr. Zwick stated the full cooperation of student would be appreciated in the work on the parking lot area. The architects for the bulding are Minson and Halander.
