DIES OF HEART ILL Tadayoshi "Tak Kojima, 50, who operated the Arthur Store with other family members, died May 17 in Manilla, Daggett County, of a heart attack. He 2537-7t- h East, Salt He was born Oct. 13, 1919, in Seattle, Wash., to Chutard and Uta Nishida Kokuma, and married Kimiko Ozawa May 12, 1951, in Salt Lake City. She died July 5, 1966. Mr. Kojima was an employe of Kennecott Copper Corp., a member of the Buddhist Church Citizens and Japanese-America- n League.
