negotiation of a loan for certain public purposes read head the first time and referred to the committee on n ways and means woolley woodley Wo oiley from the judiciary committee presented reports on C V F 36 requiring county officers to reside at their respective county seats C if 3 37 regulation regulating the sale of intoxicating bla liquors if F 61 prescribing the time ot of members of the legislature nud and 11 F 56 forbidding the sale ot tobacco to minors recommending that they be put upon their passage the report of the was adopted and bills were read by their titles and filed for second reading C F 36 bedot e ret referred erred 0 t was then called for second reading carlisle moved that all after the enacting clause be stricken out oat claiming that thai it an allicer was in
