| Show an explanation A promise was made the subscribers to the some time since that on or about the first of the present month that paper would be enlarged and changed in form to an 8 page sheet owin owing to the deseret paper mill which for over three months past has been shut down for or repairs and improvements failing to get started at the time expected we have been unable up ap to the present to fulfill the promise mentioned but now that the mill has commenced operations again it is expected that we will be able to do so during the coming week in the meantime we ask the indulgence dul gence of our patrons |
