taking out wrinkles we had our carpets made into rugs rues and supposed our troubles were over so far as floors were concerned but the rugs were not very satisfactory they would wrinkle and not rile he smoothly till one day when I 1 was in a carpet store I 1 inquired how the brussels rugs could be made to lie so smoothly on the floor oh ob they have to be shrunken was the reply af after ter they are made we tack them firmly face downward to the floor upstairs and then wet them on the wrong side in one night they will dry and wh khedry edry they will be smooth like these of course like Colum huss egg it was plain enough no now w and we soon had bad our rugs as as any ones marion thorne in good housekeeping
