of a very malignant type the youngest a boy between seven and eight years of age succumbed to the dread disease on chuday and this morning the other an estimable young lady in ih her sixteenth year also passed from mortality the sorrowing family have the sympathy of many fr jends friends in their affliction independence day Yesterday the oth was generally ob as a holiday in the city the various are altogether too common in mining camps police court this forenoon in the police court for being drunk disturbing the peace and discharging d ill arbing his pistol charles cox was fined 15 he
