president john ta taylor alor elders A P rockwood john van cott and wm W taylor of bait salt lake city president george teasdale and counselor K M H brown patriarch jacob G bigler seil beun members of the high council the bishops of the several wards and their counselors after singing and prayer the clerk read the statistical and sunday school reports and the bishops reported their various wards in favorable condition president teasdale remarked that the local improvements by way of a vestry added to the tabernacle and the building of a operative cooperative co mill amounting to nearly there had
