| Show NOIL TO A missionary MILL CREEK ward october 1885 editor deseret last evening by the request of our bishop J G C hamilton the local priesthood of the ward and aud the mem mcm bers bera of the choir met at the residence of brother john carlisle his son sou john charles carlisle having been called to go on ii a mission to great britain the evening was spent in a an interesting manner all had an enjoyable time in listening to short speeches songs and d recitations some giving the young missionary many items of their 1 experience while wh I 1 I 1 eon con on their missions oth ers giving cheering words of counsel the spirit of god was with sith us and we all felt feit feltwell well weli in visiting our young brother ano has been dilli diligent zent and faithful in his duties and calling heretofore the pro gramme was now chari charl chanced changed zed and baskets and refreshments handed around while members of the choir rendered sweet music vocal and instrumental and ania all returned home over the good time we had respectfully yours gedron B balley BAILEY |
