purchase lie he was sick and unable to make the proper inquiries as to its condition that they concealed certain information from him hini regarding the solvency of the company and that they had a special interest in the sale of the west shore snore bonds as the bonds did nut not turn out to be as good as the bankers represented cohen brought this suit to have the agreement under which he made the purchases nases set aside and his bis money refunded upon the return of the bonds winslow lanier co put in a 4 demurrer to the complaint upon the ground that it did not show facts sufficient to constitute a cause carse of action and that there was a defect of parties the judge today to day gave a judgment on the de demerer demurrer miner with leave to defendants to answer on payment of costs
