the court to wait failed to put in an appearance and that side rested recorder george AL cannon was subpoenaed and produced the record of dee deeds s which was offered in evidence b by t the h e defense the prosecution objected but the court finally ide elded to admit the record if it was introduced to prove prose that the women occupied thedrow their own houses the record showed that for the consideration of one dollar in each instance the defendant transferred to the three women named in the indictment certain property the transfer took place on july 1883 and the deeds dee ds were recorded august 1883 mrs annie 31 sheets tes tided that mrs belinda pratt musser occupied d theowest the west half of mrs mary mussers hussers Mus sers house only a while her own was being built the went out in the field with two of his brothers and brother thomas longhurst to pick up and burn sage brush after playing 9 and working for some time he left the rest and he was seen by brother longhurst to lie down after he had bad lain sometime some time brother longhurst went to wake him up h s he thought the boy had gone to sleep and he be feared he inight might take cold through the ground being very cry ery damp lamp but on reaching the little C fellow fello he found to his horror that the boy was lead dead with his face pressed down in the soft plowed land it is supposed that
