Ter-bus- Winter Snows Wont Close LDS Branch in Brighton The Brighton Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-daSaints has always been forced to cloe in the winter by snow, this year it will stay open all winter. The branch this moved summer into a new building 13 miles from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon and conducted all the LDS meetings there all summer. Before the branch, which is a dependent branch from the Butler LDS Stake, held meetings at the MLA ome higher in the canyon and had to discontinue meetings with the coming of winter.
