Snider Chicago Daily News Writer CHICAGO, April 26 A psychiatrist raised the question here of whether the unfamiliar setting in a hospital, the pain, the deliberate awakening and other factors play a part in emotionally disabling a patient long after he has recovered. Dr. Milton H. Miller of Madison, Wis., was referring to the patient who has achieved a good medical or surgery yet has no desire to return to work or a life of useful activity.
