Mr. Fraser Joined CB&I following graduation from University of Illinois with B.S. degree in engineering. During World War II, he served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force and was discharged with rank of captain. MR. FRASER now lives at Hinsdale, 111., and is married to the former Elsie Marie Thomas.
