Smith, an expert in bomb search, detection and disposal methods, will conduct training sessions in bomb detection for state and local law enforcement personnel assigned to the airport in compliance with the Federal Aviation Agencys new regulations. In addition, Smith will serve with Thomas T. R. Hadden and Terry H. Martell in any necessary bomb disposal operations.
