Show DESWET NEWS, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER ZCMi arts festival set A Jrand Opening Arts Festival, featuring music, dance and fashion, will be presented at the new ZCM I Center beginning flonday, The Festival, which will be held near the fountains in the ZCMI Center, will begin with au anbque auto parade near the South Temple entrance, ' at 10 30 a m. Monday, - The Giand Opening will also feature welcome and talks by business and civic d'gmtanes. The Swiss Cho us Edelweiss will sing at Noon The BYTI Tnteroahnnjd Folk Dancers will perform at 3 p m; the Guadalupe Center Mexican Band will play at 4 30 p m ; and the Aloha Islanders, Provo, will perform at 7 p m.
