Granite teachers reopen negotiations on contracts Camp can remain open, ',health department says 1 Granite teachers and representatives of the school district will reopen contract negotiations Tuesday in the first of three meetings, it was announced today. Negotiations had been previously delayed by the Granite Education Association (GEA) which represents the teachers, until Aug. 25. But GEA representatives, acting on a proposal by the association's executive board, arranged the meetings with 1 ' i' I 1 I ' Olsen said a sufficient storage reservoir and chlorinator, listed as requirements by health officials, have been installed.
