unusual and extraordinary powers to prosecuting officer in the making up of the trial calendar of criminal actions the law which this act is intended to amend affords all the I 1 powers which in lp the n of your committee should bo be given to the public publio prosecutor and at the same time protects tho the interest and rights of the accused but if amended as proposed his interests would bo be
