Parking suggestion Policy Board for regulations concerning bipyclers has been “easy riders” proposed The regulations are under consideration by the Board and will receive final acceptance or rejection in approximately two weeks Students are urged to give their opinions and reactions on of ASUSU the regulations President Rex Lund or to drop them off at the Activity Information Center The proposed regulations are as follows: person shall ride a bicycle on any street or sidewalk unless such bicycle has been licensed and the license plate is attached (1) No thereto Licenses shall be obtained from the Logan City Police Department at a cost of $100 and such license shall be valid for the life of the bicycle or until the (3) Every person riding a bicycle upon a roadway shall be subject to the (6) No person shall operate a bicycle at a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under the conditions then existing and at no time in excess of 15 miles per hour (7) Every person operating a is placed on packets for Starv-Buxto- campus The laws regarding pets on campus are not new ones but are an enforcement of the Animal Control Ordinance of Logan city which applies to the campus as --
