justice justie 0 emerson presiding the matter of the sixteen persons employed emp loyes of the richmond riehmond ric Bic hmoud mining company who were arrested for alleged contempt in disregarding an order of court caneup came up mr bennett of or bennett 4 whitney appearing as attorney for the teresa company and mar shall and royle boyle for fw the richmond company mr mcbride was appointed referee to take testimony and report his findings to the court and five experts expert were to be appointed by each side to examine the disputed ground and ind nd report their conclusions meanwhile the sixteen persons who were arrested were permitted to go at large on their own wrong impression sherife taylor of this county coti fity has received a communication from aparto living in lif wyoming
