WEBB worked as vuuth bureau officer for four vears and then supervised technical services for a year before taking his present patrol post. In all areas, he takes his work seriously. I m an expert in fingerprints, took a course in handwriting, ballistics and typewriting, he says Police officers are human 'beings just like everyone else, Sgt. Webb says. "Sometimes they get so caught up in their work that officers tend to react to a situation differently than the public would like to see it handled Id ask the public to support the police in trying for pay raises, for instance.
