Show Holman earns award Keith Holman, Payson, was recently presented the Friends of Parks and Recreation Award by the National Association of County Park and Recreation Officials (NACPRO). The award was given to Holman at the National Association of Counties (NACO) annual conference in Kansas City, Missouri, Keith Holman was nominated by Gerald E. Bringhurst, Director of Utah County Parks Department. Over the past decade, Keith Holman has contributed thousands of hours of his time in carrying out a wide variety of projects which have contributed significantly to the growth, development, and beautification' and enhancement of Utah County. He has been instrumental in converting a mosquito infested swamp into a beautiful and useful park at Spring Lake. He has supervised dredging Lincoln Beach Boat Harbor at Utah Lake, volunteered his services for an injured supervisor during his recovery, and assisted in ground preparation The Bible has the answer "Freedom In Christ Everyone wants to be free, or so we think.
