The taxes herein provided for shall be levied beginning with the year 1961 and each year thereafter until all of said bonds have been paid as to principal and interest. That the sale of said bonds to Continental Bank & Trust Co. and Lincoln Ure & Company of Salt Lake City, Utah, and associates, at the price of par and accrued interest plus a premium of $45.50, is hereby ratified, confirmed and approved. Section 8. That this resolution shall be published immediately after its adoption in The Valley View News, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in the district. For a period of thirty days after the date of such publication, any person in interest shall have the right to contest the legality of said resolution and of the bonds authorized thereby and the provisions made for the security and payment of the bonds. After the expiration of said thirty days no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality thereof for any cause whatsoever. Section 9. That the Clerk of the Board of Trustees is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Salt Lake County, with the request that said Board of County Commissioners levy the taxes hereinabove provided in Section 6. Section 10. That all resolutions and orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed and this resolution shall be in effect from and after its passage.
