1861 ml ali articles intended for competition must I 1 positively be brought to the clerk of the fair during october first and second axce except t vegetables fruits and sowers flowers which may ee be forthcoming on or before 8 am october ad the respective committees will make their awards on the morning of october the ad and the public be admitted at noon none but members will be eligible to draw premiums the standard of premium will in all cases be according to that best adapted to our cli mate and soil zach each branch society has the privilege of appointing one member to each class of the awarding committee Committe ep and report the appoint i ment to ile lle the secretary of this association immediately mediated me diatel should there be e any article chibi ted not advertised to fo
