Mrs. Hellen, H. Roderick, 36, of 737 Adams Ave., was found sprawled on the kitchen floor after her daughter summoned a city ambulance crew. Her husband, Cecil E. Roderick, 41, was being held without ban in Ogden City jail after signing a statement that he truck his wife during an argument, police said. He said he knocked her to the floor but helped her to her feet. The husband said as he left the room, he heard her fall a second time. When he could not revive her, the daughter summoned the ambulance. Police said - the statements made by the husband and daughter as well as the autopsy report had been turned over to Maurice Richards, county attorney.
