Givens came to Westminster after most recently working as the associate head coach of the womens volleyball program at the University of North Texas. Preceding his career at the University of North Texas, Givens spent time at the Division I Level coaching at the University of Mississippi, Charleston Southern, Weber State and Texas A&M International. During his last season at Texas, Givens was named the 2012 Heartland Conference Coach of the Year after leading 8 record and the Dust Devils to a their first bid to the Heartland Conference Tournament in five years. Night skiing is an often overlooked aspect of the ski day that offers a completely different experience from the traditional daylight hours. Its just fun to get out there, said Paul Mansfield, Park City employee for The Alpine Coaster. There arent that many people, so you dont have to wait for anything. In addition to offering a different experience, night skiing gives people who work and have class all day the opportunity to still hit the slopes. I try to get out there after work as much as I can, Mansfield said. In addition to the green and blue mns accessible from these chairlifts, the Three Kings lift also services the Three Kings Terrain Park. The Three Kings Terrain Park consists of several trails that are dedicated to jumps, rails and other park features. Currently, two of the three Three Kings park runs are open for night skiingriding. These mns include a variety of rail features, bonks, hips and two jump lines. Night skiingriding is included with Brightons Gold Unlimited Pass. Students can also purchase a Night Only Season Pass for $319. Terrain Brighton operates three chairlifts for night skiing. The Explorer, Majestic and Crest lifts service a combined 200 acres of trails that can be rode nightly inin cluding the mid and terrain parks, including a variety of rails and other features. Along with the terrain parks, Brighton offers trails including greens, blues and even a black diamond or two.
