Sounds like a Miss America pageant, but here at Westminster, thats just the usual for the Mr. Westminster contest. Each of male students compete to be named Mr. Westspring, a group minster. If you ask anyone who has seen the contest, they will tell you its one campus event not to miss. Each January, the Associated Residents of Westminster College (ARWC) host Mr. Westminster an all male beauty pageant, complete with a calendar of spreads of each male competitor. The entire event is a fundraiser in conjunction with They donate the money from the ' purchase of the calendars and V-D- ay. other fundraising efforts to the Rape Recovery Center. They bring in guest judges each year for the competition. Some contestants take advantage of the judges and try to earn extra points, going as far as kissing a judge or singing a song dedicated to one.
