The center would benefit by having quality personnel available. The main problem, Whitfield thinks, is finding a facility that could be made to meet state licensing requirements. The space would have to meet fire, safety and sanitation codes. Institutionally the college has to set its priorities regarding the goals that this (day care) would reach, added Whitfield. rhe Forum of Westminster Collefe of Soil Luke City u ill be u blisln.il ami distributed hileclassesarem session during Fall semester, 1S84. by the Associated Student uf Westminster Collette. 1810 South Kal. Then, he thinks, the next step would be to conduct a study. There are many possibilities on how such a facility could be organized, according to Jenkins. Some type of with parents working the facility, could lower costs. A sliding fee could be used to charge parents who didnt have time to work there.
