Do we have too many chiefs and not enough indians? Is all the gravy going to the district office staff? Are we paying three when one would do? The taxpayers are also concerned with the districts high dropout rate. We do not believe that the slow learner should be considered a low priority problem, with all the money going to the average and gifted child. This forces the less fortunate to quit or dropout of school and roam the city streets. The members of the Carbon School Board have just been put on notice. The voters have given you their mandate. They want changes and they want improvement. They want a better utilization of the tax dollar. The handwriting on the wall Is clear for all to see either clean your shop or the voters wil do it tor you at the next election. I MEMBER ( if y Paid Ad by Carbon County Taxpayers, H. H.
