Last Week) Austin Larsen was released from the Carbon Hospital Saturday and is recovering at his home after spending the past three weeks in the Carbon Hospital. Sunday the family honored Mrs. Larsen with a family dinner for her birthday at the Larsen home. Those Larpresent were Mr. and Mrs. Neal sen, Tom and Helen Larsen, and Emma Larsen, Rhea and Doy-a- l Timothy, Claude and Joan Larsen, Wanda and Lamont Downard, Archie and Alice Larsen, and Wade and Delon Larsen. Mr. and Mrs. Reese Timothy, Grants, New Mexico, and families are spending the week in Wellington. Lou Buffmire, Monroe, visited Mr. and Mrs. Doyal Timothy and other members of the family briefly last week. Lana Bettino, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bettino, Jr had a party on her seventh birthday Saturday at her home. Don Davis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Devon Davis, celebrated his birthday May 6 with a party at his home. Dean Hanson, Idaho Falls, motored to Wellington April 26 to return Mrs. Flossie Hanson home after she had spent the winter with her daughters and son Dean. Miss Patsy Wilson and Gene Earl Danielson will be guests of honor at a wedding reception in the Second ward recreation hall Saturday, May 13. Probably the smallest dinosaur tracks known to science will be on display at Carbon College Prehistoric Museum when it opens June 3. These tracks are the property of W. Douglas Wilson, outside foreman at Royal Coal Company, who has been a collector of fossils for many years. The collection of dinosaur tracks loaned to Carbon College Prehistoric Museum by Mr. Wilson total about thirty-on20 of which are separate tracks, and all of them are small. Eleven of the tracks are in a single cast not a foot square. They are of great interest to paleontologists as well as casual students of fos- from a single area of the mine of Standard Coal Company," Mr. Wilson said. "Most of the time in a mine the tracks are large ones, but in one small area, curiously, we had these small tracks, and I have never seen any like them since then. Mr. Wilson first became interested in the tracks about 1918. He had been working for Standard Coal Company on the tipple for a couple of jears when a Dr. Peterson from Logan came to inspect the property. Dr. Peterson pointed the tracks out to Mr. Wilson and asked if he would remove a few. His first collection of tracks sils.
