A short game between the two sixth grade teams entertained the crowd as did the premiere appearance of petite cheerleaders, Danielle Welsh, Melanie Vuksinick and Janice Vea, who led the cheers with high school cheerleaders Jean Ann Howa, Tammy Joseph, Bonnie Rae Francisco and Marilyn Ferderber. Leading cheers for the sixth grade ball club were Carol Feichko and Shawn Nyman. The senior class was awarded the traveling trophy for presenting the prize winning skit at the program Saturday evening. Judging the skits were Miss Helen Wilson, Miss Penny Sampinos, Joseph Glorioso, Sam Salazar and Lawrence Gonzales.
